By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk baje platform at tk-baje.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines that may be published on the platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form the complete agreement between you and tk baje.

tk baje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notification to players. The most current version will always be available on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you are accessing the tk baje platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Where this is not the case, you must not use the platform on their behalf.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative version, regardless of any translation that may exist or be provided in future.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The tk baje platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager or bet on the platform. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

tk baje enforces the 18+ requirement at two distinct stages:

• At registration: You are required to declare your date of birth during the account creation process. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
• At KYC verification: Before your first real-money deposit is processed, you must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate) that confirms your identity and date of birth. Accounts that fail KYC age verification are closed permanently and any funds deposited prior to verification may be forfeited pending a compliance review.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use the tk baje platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of tk baje or any of its affiliated companies or partner studios.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the platform.
• You have not previously had an account with tk baje that was closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a self-exclusion request.
• You are not registered on any national or international self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one single account on the tk baje platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any balances associated with them will be forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to notify tk baje promptly of any changes to this information by contacting the support team. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tk baje is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to accepting deposits above certain thresholds. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), valid Passport, or Birth Certificate.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last 3 months confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.

tk baje reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account restrictions or closure. KYC documents are stored securely and used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes — see our Privacy Policy for further detail.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk baje will never contact you via email, live chat, or phone to request your password. Any activity conducted on your account while logged in will be attributed to you and treated as authorised. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the tk baje platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk baje does not apply currency conversion fees to player accounts. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the following supported methods:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing for most deposit transactions.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times of 1–3 business days.
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard — subject to card issuer processing times.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tk baje wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account. tk baje reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion, for example where a fraud or money laundering risk is identified. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible (anti-money-laundering requirement).
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours for MFS methods and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Any active bonus balance must have its wagering requirements fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• tk baje reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

Anti-Money Laundering

tk baje maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. Players must not use the platform to process, conceal, or disguise funds derived from illegal activity. tk baje reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Funds deposited without corresponding genuine gambling activity may be treated as suspicious and subject to enhanced review.

tk baje offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds or bet types, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are clearly stated at the point of each offer and must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real money only — bonus funds contribute to wagering only as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Sports betting markets, live casino tables, and slot games may carry different contribution percentages. Specific rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• tk baje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has completed its requirements, the unearned portion of the bonus will be removed from the player's account.

Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk, or coordinated abuse with other players — is considered bonus abuse. tk baje reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at tk baje's sole discretion and are final.

Welcome Bonus

Details of any welcome bonus applicable to new registrations are published on the tk baje platform and subject to their own specific terms. If no current welcome bonus is active, the standard deposit and wagering terms apply. tk baje is under no obligation to offer a welcome bonus at any particular time.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the tk baje platform. Category-specific rules (cricket & sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing arcade games) are available within the relevant game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. tk baje reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability. During periods of high traffic — such as BPL finals, ICC World Cup matches, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — brief delays in odds refresh may occur. Bets confirmed during such delays are binding at the odds shown at confirmation.
• Minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of placement.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules specific to that market apply. Void bets are returned to the player's cash balance at the original stake amount.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will be voided. tk baje reserves the right to correct pricing errors and void affected bets regardless of whether they have been confirmed as winning.

Casino & Live Games

• All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer tables, via real-time video streaming from licensed studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.
• Technical malfunction voids all games and pays. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or spin, the game outcome will be recorded by the server and settled accordingly. tk baje's server records are the authoritative record of all game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per table or game are displayed within the game interface prior to play. These limits may vary by game type, stake tier, and time of day.

Fishing Arcade Games

• Fishing arcade titles including Fierce Fishing and Zuma Dragon combine skill-influenced targeting mechanics with real-money multipliers. Outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not solely dependent on player skill.
• Minimum bet per round is as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the game paytable and rules before committing real-money stakes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk baje platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; chargebacks; identity fraud; submission of forged KYC documents.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets for mutual advantage at the expense of the platform or other players.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds or bonus terms across multiple accounts or platforms in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is designed to extract value rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access, alter, damage, or disrupt the tk baje platform, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account management.
• Underage gambling: Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 18.
• Money laundering: Using the tk baje platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.

tk baje employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited activity is identified, tk baje reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the account, freeze account balances, void all pending and historical bets placed in breach of these Terms, permanently close the account, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

tk baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory compliance requirements, or inactivity. Where an account is suspended, the player will be notified via the registered email address and given the opportunity to respond, unless the suspension is due to suspected criminal activity or immediate risk of financial harm.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your tk baje account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened on request, except where the closure was initiated as a self-exclusion request (see our Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion rules).

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tk baje will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An administrative inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from your account balance after the initial 12-month inactive period. This fee will not reduce your balance below zero. If your balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the account will be closed. You may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

Disputes

If you wish to dispute a decision made by tk baje regarding your account, bets, withdrawals, or any other matter, you should contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or email. tk baje aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. The decision of tk baje's compliance team on all disputes is final, subject only to applicable legal challenge in a competent jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international offshore gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk baje's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tk baje is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, however arising.
